On Monday 25th November we came together with local domestic abuse organisation partners and Merseyside’s Police Commissioner Emily Spurrell to remember those women lost to male violence in Liverpool at a candle lit vigil in Derby Square, near the crown court. Mothers, daughters, wives and sisters were honoured and celebrated. This event also marked the start of the 16 days of activism for Ending Violence Against Women and Girls or #EVAWAG2024.

During the 16 days of activism to Eliminate Violence Against Women we will be sharing stories and key facts about domestic abuse. Please follow our social feeds and share these posts with your friends and family so that we can reach more people and offer support to anyone who needs us.
