How we help survivors

Our approach ensures that survivors are:

One-to-One Support – confidential, personalised casework to help you secure safety, access housing, navigate legal systems, and rebuild stability.

Group Programmes – delivery of evidence-based recovery interventions, including the Recovery Toolkit and Freedom Programme, to promote resilience, understanding, and self-empowerment.

Holistic Wellbeing Support – activities such as Self-Esteem Workshops, fostering confidence, emotional wellbeing, and social connection.

Target Prevention Work with Young People – we deliver Healthy Relationships work in High Schools in South Liverpool.

We recognise the need to intervene from an earlier age.

Our team works with both the students and the teaching staff to identify or uncover any existing damaging behaviours.

We then act to put in place specialist healthy relationship workshops that provide pupils with the tools to spot and stop the signs of domestic abuse.

Specialist Trauma Counselling

One-to-one sessions with trained counsellors to address the psychological impact of abuse and support long-term healing.

Supporting children affected by domestic abuse, The Courage Corner is a safe, confidential counselling service.

Many of our team have been in the same situation as you and we understand how traumatic it is to make that first call. But we also know that with the right support and advice that there is hope for a better future – free of abuse.

If you know or think you are a victim of domestic abuse, we can help. Please get in touch.
